Ticketing for bike rentals and tours¶

On a Sunday morning, your rental point has twenty bikes : some go out on simple day rentals, others are booked for the 10am guided bike tour with an instructor. A family rents four bikes directly at the counter, while a group booked its guided tour package online the day before.

As soon as the available bike fleet runs out, no more rentals are possible, whatever package was chosen. Without a system shared between the counter and online sales, nothing prevents the fleet from being oversold between self-rental and guided tours.

The Billetterie module for Odoo manages this fleet constraint directly within your Odoo environment : a capacity tied to the number of bikes actually available, availability shared in real time between the counter and online sales, and a single ticket regardless of the purchase channel. Whether your bikes go out for self-rental or a guided tour, every booking is deducted from the same fleet capacity, directly within your Odoo environment.
