Ticketing for rafting¶

This morning, the water level is high and your instructor team announces a reduced capacity of three rafts for the 10am trip. A corporate group that arrived without a reservation is waiting at the counter, while a family booked its 2pm trip the day before on your website.

Each rafting session is capped by the number of rafts and instructors available that day, and by the wetsuits and helmets that need to be collected and reassigned between two departures. Without a capacity adjustable in real time, a last-minute reduction in the number of rafts can quickly lead to overbooking.

The Billetterie module for Odoo drives this constraint directly within your Odoo environment : a per-trip capacity adjustable in real time, a single ticket whether the booking comes from the counter or the website, and access control that prevents any overbooking when the water level forces you to reduce the number of departures.
