No : safety capacity is shared in real time between the ticket office and online sales, so a session can never host more participants than the threshold set by the instructor.
Can you handle a birthday group that arrives without a reservation?
Yes, as long as the day's capacity hasn't been reached, a direct sale at the ticket office is added to the same schedule as online bookings.
Can you host an outdoor school class or a school group with deferred invoicing?
