Odoo manages sales at the base, online sales, and the check before departure for your segway tours, with a capacity strictly equal to the number of segways available.

A day on a segway tour¶

On a Saturday morning, your base has only eight segways : a group of friends booked online the day before, two tourists show up directly at the base after spotting the activity at a nearby museum, and your instructor still needs to fit in a fifteen-minute mandatory safety briefing before each departure.

As soon as a departure's eight spots are booked, there's no room for a ninth, whatever the sales channel. Without shared availability between online booking and reception at the base, nothing prevents a departure from being oversold beyond the number of segways actually available.

The Billetterie module for Odoo carries this equipment constraint directly into your Odoo environment : a capacity strictly equal to the number of segways available, availability shared in real time between the base and online sales, and a single ticket regardless of the purchase channel.
