On a summer Saturday morning, three panoramic buses depart at fixed times toward the same lookout point, each with its own seating capacity. A group has booked an entire vehicle for a wedding, individual tourists bought their seats online the day before through the tourist office, and a last-minute customer shows up at the counter five minutes before departure.

Each vehicle has a fixed number of seats that must never be exceeded â€” whether it's a group booking, an online purchase from the day before, or a last-minute customer at the counter. Without shared availability across these channels, nothing prevents a bus from being overbooked before it even departs.

Does the module handle several vehicles with different seating capacities?

Yes : each vehicle has its own capacity, matching exactly its number of seats, whatever the number of buses in circulation.

Can you sell a combined bus + site entry ticket?

Yes, the Sales module lets you create a quote or an order combining the privatization of a vehicle and a site entry, in the same flow as a standard sales order.

Can a customer book a seat online and then buy another one at the counter the same day without risking overselling?

Yes, each vehicle's availability is shared in real time between the counter and online sales, which prevents any overbooking.
