A day at an outdoor activities center¶

At the height of summer, your outdoor activities center is running at full capacity : eight canoeing and archery sessions follow one another, each supervised by a single instructor who can only oversee a strictly limited group of participants, while a group directed by the local tourist office asks if there's still room for a guided tour at the end of the day.

Outdoor equipment â€” canoes, bows, safety vests â€” is fixed in number and must be reassigned between two sessions, a constraint that's even stronger in peak season when every time slot shows as full. Without shared capacity between the counter and online sales, a session could be sold beyond the equipment actually available.

Can an instructor's supervision capacity be exceeded during peak season?

No : group capacity is shared in real time between the counter and online sales, so a session can never exceed the number of participants an instructor can supervise, even during summer peaks.

Can limited outdoor equipment be sold beyond the actual stock?

No, booking a session is capped by the equipment actually available (canoes, bows, safety vests), automatically reassigned between sessions.

Can you host leisure centers or summer camps with deferred invoicing?

Yes, via the Sales module, with quotes and deferred invoicing for leisure centers and summer camps.
