A day at a spa reception desk¶

This Friday afternoon, your massage room runs a 30-minute treatment followed by a 90-minute one, while the neighboring room stays dedicated to facials, and a guest staying through a partner tourist office asks if there's still room for a guided tour at the end of the day.

Each treatment has its own duration, its dedicated room, and its assigned therapist â€” three constraints that make it impossible to book two different treatments in the same time slot and the same room. Without a capacity shared between reception and online sales, an online booking could overlap with a treatment already taken at the counter.

The Billetterie module for Odoo manages this constraint directly within your Odoo environment : a capacity specific to each treatment shared in real time between reception and online sales, no double booking possible in the same room, and a single ticket regardless of the purchase channel. Whether your treatments last 30 or 90 minutes, every booking is deducted from the exact schedule of the therapist involved.

Yes, each treatment has its own duration and room capacity, shared in real time between reception and online sales, so two treatments can never overlap for the same therapist.

Can an online booking conflict with a treatment already booked at the counter?

No : the availability of each room and each therapist is synchronized in real time between the two channels.

Can you sell multi-treatment packages or gift cards?
